The apartment is located in a building from 1930 and has a central position in Bucharest. The concept took into account the age of the building, which was visible in some places. We have proposed specific design solutions that can hide certain irregularities such as the flatness of the concrete ceiling or non-insulated technical shafts, etc.

The brick wall from the master bedroom reflects the patina of time, this element being repeated discretely in the hallway, on the upper part, as well as in the kitchen. The simplicity of the materials was chosen for an easy maintenance as the apartment is meant to be an investment.
