The Kube Development consists of two houses with the same architectural language design for two families each composed by 4 members. The owners are passionate about minimalist architecture, simple volumes with clean lines, designed to integrate in the small suburbs of the city.
Like the users, the houses were designed to express a unified image, but also to reflect the different personalities and desires of the owners.
Each house is organised on three levels, open floor plan on the ground level, three bedrooms on the second floor with designated bathrooms and wardrobe, technical rooms being placed on the underground level.
Only the Kone house has the garage integrated into the volume of the building because the land surface is smaller then the Kube house.
The aim of the project is to provide social connectivity between the two buildings but also within the comunity.
