The development process has been defined by 6 main steps that act as a lighthouse, guiding you through the phases and offering a custom solution to your needs.

Concept – Research, feasibility studies and validation of preliminary design. I evaluate your needs and develop in depth analysis of the project considering your budget, building regulations and timing.

Project – Based on the preliminary input and analysis I develop the project in coordination with engineers and prepare it for permit. Urban and building regulations are taken into account and the project takes its pre-final form.

Project Permit – I prepare the construction documents at a detailed level and collaborate with local authorities to seal the architectural solution.

Planning – Together with the Project Manager I put together a timeline so you can have an overview of the process. I make sure that fits your life plans and expectations.

Construction – Deciding on contractors requires research and knowledge of the selection criteria. I prepare the tender files and help you choose the right contractors.

Delivery – A project is completed when the contractual deliverables have been achieved. In addition to the documents, visual and technical control will be done together with all the companies involved in the project.
