This 74-square-meter, south-facing apartment is close to the city center and features the best room layout. Although is small and has a conventional day-and-night split, its 3,2 m height is its best feature.
From the beginning, we have focused on the amplification of natural light and interior lighting. Given the high height in the rooms, we have proposed artistic lighting fixtures, which float through the space and extend over the entire height. The gold and copper textures of the lighting fixtures create a glamorous atmosphere.
Custom furniture has minimalist lines. On the one hand, we optimised the functional part so that we use the walls as storage over the entire height, on the other hand, we tried not to clutter up visually from an aesthetic point of view. The composition of each wall was studied in terms of volume and textures. We chose light gray, two shades of wood, white marble, blue-green only in the living room.
The atmosphere obtained is elegant, bright, minimalist in gestures, but rich in details that pass the test of time.
